Habit Change ChallengeTM Terms and Conditions

 

1.0 General

1.1 Promoter: Johnson & Johnson Ltd, 1-3 Foundation Park, Roxborough Way, Maidenhead, SL6 3UG1.2 The website is open to residents of the United Kingdom only who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of the Promoter, its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.

1.3 This website is governed by our Privacy Policy which you confirm you have read by using this website.

1.4 To maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to any users of this site or recipients of samples.

1.5 This website is administered by Johnson & Johnson Ltd and the Habit Change Challenge TM (personal trial) kit will be distributed to you by Hercules. You understand that you are providing your information to Johnson & Johnson Ltd and Hercules (Hercules Direct Marketing, Unit 13 Stevern Way, Peterborough, PE1 5E0L).

 

2.0 Samples

2.1 No purchase or payment is necessary (including postage).

2.2 Only one personal trial request is allowed per person.

2.3 All personal trial entries are subject to availability.

2.4 The personal trial kit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent.

2.5 This Habit Change Challenge TM (personal trial) is only available to dental care professionals.

2.6 Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission, nor for any associated costs to claimants.

2.7 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for undelivered, uncollected or damaged samples sent through the postal system.

2.8 By requesting to participate you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

2.9 If you tick the box within the sample section agreeing that the Promoter may contact you in the future with information you may be interested in, you are agreeing to receive such information from the Promoter moving forward. To stop receiving these communications, follow the instructions set out within our website's Privacy Policy
